In the basement of our house "oans" there is a fitness room that you can use free of charge. The equipment includes: weight bench, wall bars, cross trainer and various small devices, which should invite you to train with your own body weight. Various DVDs provide you with various instructions for your fitness program.

If you are a passionate yogi or just want to get an introduction to yoga, you can book a personal yoga class with our partner Tanja Brasch. This takes place by appointment in the in-house fitness room, in good weather in the garden or in Tanja's nearby course room.
